Vacation Sales Representative

Vacation sales representatives are responsible for promoting and selling vacation ownership opportunities to potential customers. This involves working with resort staff to identify and qualify leads, conducting presentations and tours, and ensuring a positive experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations, representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
* Partner with resort staff to receive arrival information and greet guests accordingly.
* Present and incentivize prospective customers to attend sales preview tours, highlighting the benefits of vacation ownership.
* Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines, making sales-tour reservations and collecting required deposits when necessary.
Additional Duties
* Greet and present prospective customers to attend sales presentations, adhering to all company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain performance goals, attending scheduled training sessions and staying current on marketing information and materials.
Requirements and Qualifications
* 1-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is required.
* Must maintain production standards, with clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devices.
