The Vistas at Bettendorf, a Skilled Nursing Facility, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate resident needs and develop individualized care plans to promote optimal health and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with family members and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Lead and direct nursing assistants in providing direct patient care and ensuring adherence to facility policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive and productive working relationship with other department supervisors and coordinate nursing services to ensure efficient care delivery.
  • Conduct daily rounds to ensure that nursing services personnel are performing required duties and that policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing personnel assigned to your unit/shift.
  • Receive and provide nursing reports to/from your Charge Nurse colleague upon reporting in and ending shift duty hours.
  • Request and arrange for diagnostic and therapeutic services for residents as ordered by the physician and in accordance with established procedures.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  • Implement and maintain established nursing objectives and standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Active RN License in the State of Iowa.
