Job Summary

As a Customer Service Leader at Hannaford Supermarkets, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be the face of our store, leading by example and setting the standard for customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Lead and motivate a team of customer service associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities and goals.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
* Monitor and report any safety hazards or incidents, taking prompt action to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Requirements

* 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
* Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and push/pull carts as needed.
