The ideal candidate will have experience configuring Varicent incentives and a strong understanding of business and functional requirements. As an Application Consultant, you will work closely with our product team to develop, test, and maintain Varicent configuration.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and convert them into technical designs
  • Work alongside the product team to develop, test, and maintain Varicent configuration
  • Plan and execute unit testing to comprehensively test assigned enhancements to business rules
  • Build Varicent Presenter Adaptive reports according to requirements
  • Work to troubleshoot production issues

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or other related field)
  • 2-3 years of experience in the field with strong project/team leadership skills

  • Proven ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Background in Finance, Sales Compensation, or Engineering/Programming
  • Minimum of 3 years of functional business experience or enterprise incentive compensation applications (design, development/programming, testing, and implementation)
  • Programming knowledge of PostgreSQL, Python, and JavaScript a plus

Location Expectations:

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

Pay Range:

$90,000 - $116,600.00

U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
