About the Job:

In this critical support role, you will collaborate with valet staff to address guest concerns, inquiries, vehicle claims, and any guest service issues. Your primary responsibility will be to create a positive experience for our guests by assisting with luggage and items as needed. You will also be required to stand, regularly lift 75 lbs throughout your shift, and work in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with valet staff to resolve guest issues, such as vehicle claims and service requests.
  • Assist guests with luggage and personal items as needed.
  • Stand for extended periods, regularly lift 75 lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
  • Proficiency in using Windows, Office products, and other assigned company-related technology.
  • A valid driver's license may be required for work purposes.
