We are seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver who speaks English and Creole fluently to provide personal care and assistance for seniors in our overnight shifts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in personal care and assistance, with a focus on fall prevention, safe transfers, and support for individuals with mobility challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times
  • Monitor fall risks and provide careful supervision
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Light housekeeping and laundry duties
  • Companionship and emotional support

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Creole (required)
  • Previous experience as a caregiver, with knowledge of fall prevention and transfers
  • Experience preparing meals (preferred)
  • Kind, patient, and dependable
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
