Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at BluePearl Pet Hospital. As a key member of our hospital team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

• Greet and make friendly eye contact with every client and pet that enters the hospital.
• Offer a warm and professional acknowledgement to each client, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
• Assess the needs of each client and pet, determining the best course of action for their care.
• Respond to non-patient calls and visitors, connecting them to the appropriate team member.
• Confirm appointments in advance, ensuring clients receive accurate information about preparing their pet for the appointment.
• Offer emotional support and resource materials to grieving clients in a compassionate and discreet manner.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and service agencies during the handling of pet remains, ensuring a complete, accurate, and compassionate process.
