Salary: Competitive hourly rate, estimated at $120-$150 per hour, depending on experience and location.
Job Responsibilities:
This PICU travel nurse opportunity requires a highly skilled and experienced nurse to provide individualized care to critically ill pediatric patients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pediatric critical care and be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and evaluating patients' physical and emotional conditions
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Providing direct patient care, including medication administration and treatment
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this PICU travel nurse opportunity, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in the state where the facility is located
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric critical care
- Strong knowledge of EPIC EMR system
- Current BLS and PALS certifications

Other Details:
Please note that this position requires a minimum of 80 miles between the nurse's residence and the facility. Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to float to other units, including NICU, OB, and general pediatrics.
