Lead Refugee Youth Care Navigator

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Coordinator to join our team at Spurwink Services in Portland, Maine.
Job Description:The successful candidate will work closely with refugee youth and their families, providing support and guidance to help them access essential community resources, medical care, education, recreational activities, and basic needs. Key responsibilities include completing psychosocial assessments, developing plans of care, and overseeing the implementation of these plans while documenting progress. This role also involves collaborating with caregivers, clinical leads, family support persons, and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each youth.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution is required, and experience working with traumatized children and families or cross-cultural work is preferred.
- Maintaining a current driver's license and a clean driving record as outlined in Spurwink's Driving policy is necessary.
