Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Supervisor to join our team at Flik Hospitality Group. This role is responsible for providing support to designated facilities, ensuring consistency in workflow, and maintaining a pulse on areas needing attention.

Responsibilities
  • Frequent walk-throughs of the facility to identify and address areas requiring attention
  • Logistical support for activities and events, including managing supplies and equipment
  • Maintenance and management of facilities-related matters, including troubleshooting and project management
  • Collaboration with building management to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent training and experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to multitask and work collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
