The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD, PsyD, EdD) to join our virtual behavioral health collaborative care program. As a member of our team, you will be committed to changing the care delivery experience for both patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the assessment and treatment of psychiatric concerns, psychosocial issues, and health behavior change through brief psychotherapeutic interventions delivered virtually.
  • Participate in rounds with psychiatric consultants and care managers.
  • Provide education and consultation to behavioral health care managers and primary care providers.
  • Oversee referrals to specialty mental health services and support a smooth transition from specialty mental health services to primary care and back.
  • Collaborate with other Behavioral Health Providers across our national network to improve behavioral health skills company-wide.
  • Work closely with Virtual Medical Directors, Clinical Operations Team, and National Director of Virtual Behavioral Health Services.

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD, PsyD, EdD) in Psychology.
  • Licensed to independently practice with no current supervision requirements.
  • Must have an active license in DC and license eligible in VA and MD.
  • For PhD/PsyD/EdD Candidates: 1 year post-licensure with specific experience in adult outpatient diagnostic evaluation and psychotherapy.
  • Experience providing a range of brief, goal-directed, and focused clinical services.
  • Exceptional capacity to multitask, flexibility, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Strong communication and teaching skills.
  • Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including 80% direct patient care and 20% administrative time.
  • Eligible to be credentialed with our Health System Partner.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong preference for fluency in Mandarin or Spanish.
  • Reside within the USA or US Territories.
  • Virtual psychotherapy experience (preferred).
