CIPP Project Supervisor

Position Summary:
The CIPP Project Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the operational aspects of assigned projects in the field. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective management of daily operations and coordination of all field personnel and resources. Collaboration with the Project Manager and Superintendent is essential for scheduling field teams and equipment to ensure timely project completion within budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold and promote Nor-Cal Pipeline Services' high standards for safety and construction by integrating safety into daily operations. Prioritize Health and Safety by adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Cultivate a team of field employees who are professional, diligent, knowledgeable, reliable, and independent.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, work, and quality standards among field personnel.
- Collaborate with management regarding equipment maintenance and repairs in line with the Fleet Management Program.
- Guarantee that all field employees are equipped with the necessary PPE and safety materials.
- Supervise job sites to confirm that crews are following established work protocols.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of project estimates and manage operations closely aligned with these estimates, notifying the Superintendent of any discrepancies before proceeding.
- Accountable for delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
- Submit daily reports from the field.
- Conduct safety meetings at job sites.
- Identify and mitigate potential safety risks while ensuring adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
- Recognize and communicate any changes in project scope.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in the following sectors:
- Pipeline Inspection
- Pipeline Rehabilitation (CIPP)
- Pipeline Cleaning
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in CIPP rehabilitation.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, ideally as a Foreman.
- Proven experience in employee relations, customer service, leadership, mentoring, and training.
- Hands-on field experience is essential.
- Certification in Confined Space Entry.
- OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
- A valid Class C driver's license is required (commercial A or B preferred).
Required Skills:
- Flexibility to adapt to various assignments and environments; ability to communicate effectively with corporate executives and all levels of management, supervisors, and staff.
- Familiarity with labor regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Calendar.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret regulations and other documentation.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset; creative, dedicated, and self-motivated.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of the construction process, including pre-construction, procurement, service delivery, and project closure.
- Ability to understand project Profit and Loss statements.

Environment: Construction sites, often subject to varying weather conditions, noise, and heavy machinery.
Travel: May be required to travel to various job sites as necessary.
The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.
