About the Job

We offer competitive pay ranging from $21.50 to $22.00 per hour, with guaranteed pay increases within the first year. Our team members enjoy rapid advancement opportunities, including potential promotions to Lead Protector, Field Supervisor, or Manager roles.

Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Set up, maintain, and remove advance warning signs, channelizing devices, and other traffic control devices according to Federal, State, and/or Local Temporary Traffic Control Guidelines and Temporary Traffic Control Plans.">
  • Maintain a flagger station by standing and controlling road users through the use of hand signals with a STOP/SLOW paddle.">
  • Drive a company vehicle to transport equipment, trailers, and team members to and from work sites safely and in a timely manner.">
  • Effective radio communication with team members on work site.">
  • Follow all company safety procedures and practices.">
  • Notify Supervisor of any potential safety issues or incidents.">
  • Achieve organizational required training within timeframe established by Project Manager or Facility Manager.">
  • Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to Protectors.">
  • Other duties as assigned.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Traffic Control Technician (TCT) Certification or 2000+ verifiable hours required.">
  • High School Diploma or GED completion required.">
  • Prior experience preferred in temporary traffic control services, utility industry, or construction industry.">
  • Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.">
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office products and customer relationship management systems.">
  • Must be able to follow safe workplace practices.">
  • Valid Driver's License void of suspension or revocation.">
  • 21+ years old.">
  • Mandatory out-of-town work averaging 2 weeks- 2 months.">
