Job Description

Saxon Global is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud-based network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud-based network architectures using AWS and Azure.
  • Develop and maintain tools to enhance network visibility and automation.
  • Migrate production workloads from on-premise to the cloud.
  • Research, recommend, and implement new networking technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and mitigate network-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
  • 4-7+ years of experience in private network technologies and related experience.
  • Expert knowledge in designing and deploying dynamically scalable, fault-tolerant networks.
  • Knowledge of Linux container operations and service mesh constructs.
  • Experience with automated configuration and deployment using Chef, Puppet, Terraform, or other IAC frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect/Sysops/Devops - Associate/Professional.
  • CCNP or higher Cisco certification.
  • Experience working in an Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environment.
