At the Everest Reinsurance Company, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Senior Executive Assistant by performing various administrative tasks.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing expense reports, reviewing and preparing invoices for processing, and all aspects of meeting preparation and coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
