Gerontological Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Gerontological Nurse to join our team in Onalaska, WI. As an on-call Float Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting our facilities located in Onalaska, Holmen, and La Crosse.

• Fulfill part-time roles and cover vacancies, leaves, and/or absences
• Complete nursing tasks, supervise resident care, and ensure residents receive proper care and treatment
• Conduct physical and behavioral assessments of residents, create Individual Service Plans, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and policies

• Must be licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
• Demonstrated interest in gerontological nursing, including rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices, diabetic care, memory care, and end-of-life care
• Experience working in assisted living, long-term care, and/or community health is beneficial, but not required; training will be provided for the right fit

Starting wage: $34.50-$39.00 per hour (Registered Nurses) or $27.25-$32.00 per hour (Licensed Practical Nurses), based on experience and qualifications. Wages will be reviewed at 6 months, with opportunities for increases based on performance.
