**Job Title:** HRIS Business Partner

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Business Partner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leveraging your HR expertise and technical prowess to streamline our HR processes and systems.

**Responsibilities:**

* Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and other key stakeholders to ensure our HRIS system meets the needs of the organization.

* Identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimizations, and drive the implementation of these improvements.

* Provide training and support to HR and other staff on the use of our HRIS system.

* Manage the HRIS system to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

* Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes using our HRIS system.

* Participate in HRIS system upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.

* Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation for HRIS system.

* Ensure all HR-related systems comply with data privacy regulations and best practices.

**Requirements:**

* A minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HRIS systems.

* Extensive experience in training and onboarding.

* Strong technical skills, including experience with HRIS system implementation and management.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems and processes in a user-friendly manner.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

* Knowledge of HR processes and terminologies.

* A bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
