About the Role:

Knauf Insulation North America is a leading manufacturer of insulation products, committed to environmental conservation and sustainable development. We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, program, test, and commission controls programs to ensure efficient and safe electrical systems.
  • Read and understand standard electrical schematics and troubleshoot control systems during start-up and debug.

Requirements:

  • Formal training in digital electronics or microprocessor controls.
  • Experience in automated control systems, including design and programming PLCs, HMIs, and VF drives.
  • Proficiency in ladder logic programming with Rockwell PC applications such as RS Linx, RS NetWorx, and RS Logix 5, 500, and 5000.
  • Familiarity with Allen Bradley Panelbuilder 32 and RS View development HMI applications.
  • Experience with VF drives, specifically AB drives.
  • Proficiency in PLC networking configurations for Ethernet, DeviceNet, DH+, DF1.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and familiarity with AutoCad.
  • Experience with Siemans PLCs and HMIs.
