Conflict Resolution Specialist

Job Summary:
Roetzel & Andress is seeking a Conflict Resolution Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal ethics and a proven ability to research and analyze complex conflicts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential conflicts involving existing and potential clients and matters
* Identify and communicate potential conflicts to the General Counsel and other relevant stakeholders
* Collaborate with the conflicts team to develop and implement effective conflict resolution strategies
* Provide excellent customer service to legal assistants and firm attorneys
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Two years of experience working in a law firm conflicts department
* Strong knowledge of professional responsibility and legal ethics rules pertaining to conflicts
* Ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere and communicate complex issues to all levels within the firm
