Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Operations Manager to lead our retail store team and drive sales growth. This role will be responsible for inspiring and developing the team, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring store success.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Intermediate knowledge of software programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
