Compensation Package

We offer competitive compensation packages with rates ranging from $16.50 to $20.00 per hour for CNAs, and from $17.00 to $21.00 per hour for GNAs, based on experience.

In addition to our hourly rates, we provide benefits such as:

Job Description

As a Nursing Assistant at Lorien Columbia, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our patients in accordance with policies and procedures and as directed by the Director of Nursing.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • A valid Maryland GNA license or active CNA certification
  • Ability to work full-time, part-time, or PRN hours
  • Schedule flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, and every other weekend
