Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Integrated Resources. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for assisting proceduralists during complex diagnostic and interventional vascular and neuro-interventional cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist proceduralists during complex diagnostic and interventional vascular and neuro-interventional cases, scrubbing side by side with specialty proceduralists.
  • Strong knowledge of floor and ceiling mounted fluoroscopic modality machines.
  • Identify, retrieve, and circulate complex products during interventional procedural cases.
  • Critically think during neuro-interventional cases and complex cases to assist proceduralists.
  • Operate power injection of iodinated contrast media devices during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
  • Strong communication skills using closed loop communication.
  • Maintain sterile technique and infection prevention measures to set up procedural trays for case loads.
  • Contribute positively to a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, radiologists, and vascular surgeons.
  • Knowledge of documentation in electronic medical records and sending images to Sectra/PACs systems.
  • Manage groin sites post-intervention.
  • Demonstrate high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hold current licensure with certification in ARRT NJ state.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Interventional Radiologic Technologist or Cardio-Vascular Technologist with NJ radiographic licensure.
  • High School Diploma/GED or Associate degree.
  • Completion of an accredited radiographic program.
  • NJ radiographic licensure.
  • BLS from an approved AHS credentialed American Heart Association or a BLS accredited with skill demonstration in basic life support measures.
  • Current Radiography (R) certification with ARRT.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BLS from an approved AHS credentialed American Heart Association or a BLS accredited with skill demonstration in basic life support measures.
Work Environment

This role is a 2 FTE position, working 5 days a week with shifts varying based on department needs, including weekend and weekday on-call requirements.
