Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Member Services team at Sam's Club. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates in providing exceptional member service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of associates in providing member service, resolving issues, and answering questions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
  • Provide coaching and feedback to associates to improve performance and achieve goals
  • Manage inventory, merchandise, and store appearance to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
Requirements
  • 6 months retail experience, including operating front-end equipment and customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Leading a front-end team and supervising experience, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others
