We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team at Tenaglia & Hunt P A in Raleigh, NC. As a Regional law firm, we handle a wide range of litigation cases, including discovery, arbitration, mediation, motion practice, client coordination, and court appearances.

The ideal candidate will have experience with debt collection litigation and be familiar with the North Carolina court system. Our firm offers a unique opportunity for younger attorneys to shadow and receive litigation training from more senior practitioners, as well as gain courtroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage litigation cases
• Conduct discovery, arbitration, mediation, and motion practice
• Coordinate with clients and appear in court

Requirements:

• North Carolina bar certification
• Experience with debt collection litigation
• Strong communication and litigation skills
