We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist II to join our team at Sutter Health. As a key member of our Child Development Center, you will play a vital role in providing assessment, treatment, care, and evaluation for patients with cognitive, speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Providing evidence-based interventions to improve patients' communication skills and overall quality of life.
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers, families, and support groups to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and regulatory requirements to deliver optimal patient care.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech Pathology or a related field from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Speech Pathologist in the state of California.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60.11 to $75.14 per hour, depending on experience, education, and qualifications. This role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
