Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of a Raising Cane's restaurant. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the financial success of the store and maintain compliance with company standards.

You will be responsible for hiring and terminating management-level crew members, creating schedules, and developing team members. Additionally, you will act as manager on duty, open and close the restaurant, manage cash handling, and monitor profit and loss statements.

As a Restaurant Leader at Raising Cane's, you will enforce company policies and standards, use required tools and forms to support shift execution, and deploy crew members during a shift while providing exceptional customer service.

We are looking for someone with 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, preferably with new restaurant opening experience. You must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license is also required.
