Job Description:

Incredible Health is actively hiring Registered Nurses for a telemetry position in Portland, OR.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor cardiac rhythm and other vital signs to identify distress or abnormal patterns
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to the medical plan of care
  • Evaluate and modify treatment plans with healthcare providers, focusing on patient's cardiac status
  • Educate patients and families on heart health best practices, treatment plans, and home care instructions
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree (ADN) or higher in nursing
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
  • 1 year experience in cardiac telemetry or other cardiac care setting preferred
  • BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
  • Skilled in EKG rhythm interpretation and cardiac monitoring techniques
  • Proficient in electronic medical record systems
