**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting and selling our products and services to new and existing customers, using a consultative and strategic selling approach. You will work closely with our internal teams to fulfill customer needs and build lasting relationships that will further your career trajectory.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prospect and sell MidSouth Tag & Label's products and services to industries such as building supplies, lumber, brick, door and window, and rebar.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, procurement professionals, engineers, designers, business owners, and others.
  • Work with MidSouth leadership, customer service professionals, marketing, and other sales personnel to educate and promote our company capabilities to all possible customers.
  • Lead all RFP/RFQ/RFI's and recommend pricing for new and existing business to achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Be responsible for the complete set-up of all new accounts to ensure a seamless transition to customer service and production teams.
  • Prepare and present formal and informal presentations for all assigned accounts and new customer prospects.
  • Prepare and participate in weekly sales pipeline and customer reviews with GM and VP of Sales.
  • Prepare monthly status reports to senior management.
  • Deliver quarterly business presentation to senior management and peers.
  • Recommend and prepare input for annual budget and three-year plan.
  • Resolve customer complaints, disputes, collections, receivables, quality concerns, rebills, etc.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ years of experience within the tag and label, ink, software or printing industry desired.
  • Knowledge of flexographic print production desired.
  • 1+ years of recent experience using a CRM system to manage your daily tasks, accounts, contacts, opportunities, etc. (Such as Salesforce or HubSpot)
  • 1+ years of recent experience using cloud-based reports and dashboards to interpret your activity and sales performance (such as Microsoft Power BI)
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent analytical, planning and time management skills, and quantitative skills.
  • Daily/weekly travel is expected to see customers as scheduled.
