Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team at Aegis Worldwide, you will be responsible for conducting supplier visits and providing reporting during supply chain disruptions. You will also negotiate lead times and hold suppliers accountable for timely product delivery.

Additionally, you will analyze and resolve supplier issues, including delays and workforce management. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication of supplier concerns and manage and track supplier problem reports, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field. You should have internship or 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supplier quality.

Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams are essential. You should also be able to travel up to 40% to supplier sites and have a good understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and supply chain management.
