Accounts Payable Clerk Opportunity
Creative Financial Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our client's finance department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing and reconciling invoices, client vouchers, and employee reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile financial data with attention to detail.
- Enter and code financial information accurately.
- Maintain organized physical and digital files, including vendor records and W-9s.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with other related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role is highly desirable.
- Experience handling high volumes of A/P or A/R is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
