As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the Maternity/Postpartum specialty, utilizing your strong communication and organizational skills to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients in the Maternity/Postpartum specialty
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Utilize evidence-based practice to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients
Supervise and direct the delegation of tasks to appropriate team members
Consistently set and evaluate priorities through appropriate interventions with measurable outcomes toward improvement
Requirements:
Active NJ RN license or compact RN license with NJ endorsement
NRP Certification
BLS from the American Heart Association
Minimum (1) one year current/recent experience in Maternity/Postpartum specialty
