Kable Staffing is seeking a skilled Laborer to join their team in Dublin, OH. This full-time, Temp to Hire opportunity requires a strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform quality work in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to production standards and procedures.
- Interact professionally with coworkers and supervisors, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in areas both within the department and other production areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Operate assigned machines and equipment according to procedure and product specification, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Fork Truck license required for certain job tasks.
- Lifting requirements of 10-25 lbs. frequently and 25-50 lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to stand on concrete for extended periods and walk up ladders or stairs.
- 1 year of assembly experience preferred.
