About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse 2 Colleague to join our Penn Medicine at Home's Hospice Care team in the Bala Cynwyd area. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by providing holistic care that addresses their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

As a Clinical Nurse 2 Colleague, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients and their families, working closely with an interprofessional healthcare team to coordinate care across the continuum. Your expertise and compassion will play a critical role in ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care through the application of the nursing process, accepting accountability for the nursing care of assigned patients
  • Collaborate with the interprofessional healthcare team to facilitate coordination of care across the continuum
  • Evaluate and integrate best current evidence with clinical expertise and patient preferences to deliver optimal healthcare
  • Recognize patients as the source of control and a full partner in providing compassionate and coordinated care
Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Registered Nurse - PA licensure

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
