Our Vision

We aim to create a seamless experience for clients and provide cutting-edge tools for our advisors, revolutionizing the industry with technology and business systems.

Client Acquisition

We have an in-house marketing team generating approximately 20,000 new client requests per week, exclusively for our advisors. Our data-driven approach constantly refines our strategy to find and engage motivated clients seeking life insurance.

Our system includes targeted direct mail and digital content reaching homeowners. Interested individuals respond through online links, QR codes, or phone calls, ensuring only those who request information are contacted. This effective approach enables many of our advisors to earn over $120,000 in their first year, regardless of experience.

Client Fulfillment

As a client advisor, you'll have access to our technology-driven CRM to connect with clients who've requested consultations. Our automation system sets virtual appointments from home or anywhere, sending calendar events with one-click links to connect. Our full-time advisors connect with 10 to 15 families per week, with ongoing training and support provided.

We've also created a Direct-to-Consumer platform for independent insurance advisors to leverage. This platform allows clients to purchase insurance policies on their own, from their desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone, with the advisor who sent them the link earning a commission for the sale.

Advisor Compensation

This is a 1099/commission-based position. The average compensation is about $1,000 per issued client application. Our average full-time advisors will enroll at least five clients per week, with top advisors protecting 15 to 20 clients per week. You'll earn overrides, bonuses, residuals, and all-expense-paid incentive travel, with vesting from day one and potential equity incentives.

Expectations

This position is remote, offering the freedom and tax benefits of being an independent contractor, with ongoing support and coaching from our team of experts. You'll be accountable for your activity and results, with rapid advancement into leadership available. We'll provide the training, coaching, and tools you need to be part of this industry transformation.
