We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Folino Estate Winery in Kutztown, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving wine sales.

About the Role:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist guests as they shop within the Bottle Shop, answering questions and locating items.
- Suggest additional items to enhance guests' purchases.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our wine offerings and be able to make informed recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Sell merchandise from the Bottle Shop in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver outstanding guest service to retain and gain customers.
- Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures.
- Assist in maintaining the appearance of the Bottle Shop.
- Participate in meetings and marketing events.
