Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Wellington Club. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Customer Service: Greet members, learn about their preferences, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Beverage Preparation: Maintain knowledge of all spirits, wine, beer, and other beverages, and select and mix ingredients to create unique cocktails.
• Inventory Management: Take inventory and order supplies to ensure the bar and tables are well-stocked.
• Food Safety and Quality: Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our members.
• Financial Transactions: Properly charge members and ensure charges are accurate.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning the bar top, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age: Must meet state minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Availability: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Personality: Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
• Skills: Basic math and computer skills, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and strong task and time management abilities.
