Job Description
At SafeSplash+SwimLabs Newington, we're passionate about teaching the joy and skill of swimming to kids of all ages. As a Deck Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our swimmers, while also providing exceptional customer service to our families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Observe and patrol the pool area, enforcing safety regulations and responding to emergencies as needed.
  • Assist swimmers and swim instructors as required, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Manage swim class attendance, attendance, and other administrative tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.
  • Perform minor pool maintenance and upkeep to ensure a clean and safe facility for our swimmers.

Requirements:
  • Current Red Cross Lifeguard certification and CPR/AED certification for adult, infant, and child.
  • Previous swim instruction experience required.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
  • Meet lifeguarding requirements while working as a Deck Supervisor.

Uniform and Hours:
Deck Supervisors are required to wear SafeSplash uniforms, which include a white SafeSplash t-shirt and royal blue shorts. Uniforms will be provided by SafeSplash, and employees are expected to maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times. Hours will vary based on business needs, but will typically include weekends and holidays.
