Medical City Arlington Clinical Nurse Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to join our MICU team. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
The CNC will work closely with other members of the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures. They will serve as a resource person for staff, modeling a commitment to our organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
- SUPPORTS THE EFFORTS OF THE FACILITY TO IMPROVE ENGAGEMENT BY OPERATIONALIZING CURRENT NURSING STRATEGIES, INCLUDING EMPLOYEE ROUNDTING, HOURLY ROUNDS, AND OTHER INITIATIVES.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree
Previous ICU experience required. Two (2) years of clinical practice in the clinical specialty of his/her unit and leadership/management experience is preferred.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
