Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation, including cooking, plating, and presentation
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve operational goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods

What We Offer:

Our competitive salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a rewarding salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Working Conditions:

This role requires working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat, noise, and chemicals. You must be able to work effectively in a team setting and adapt to changing situations.
