Clinical Leadership Expert for Rehabilitation Outpatient Clinic

At JAG Physical Therapy, we're seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to oversee the operations and administration of our rehabilitative outpatient clinic. Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Lead and manage clinical staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to meet clinic census goals and improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, using tools like WebPT and ADP.
- Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
- A degree in physical therapy (Bachelors or Masters) or Doctorate degree preferred.
- Valid Professional License/Certification required.
- Minimum three years' experience in clinical outpatient settings and two years' experience in clinical supervision or program development.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Prompt EMR system and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective teams.
- A competitive salary of $140,000 per year, reflecting your expertise and experience.
