[salon]718 is a rapidly growing salon group in Brooklyn seeking skilled hairstylists to join our expanding team. We prioritize growth through education and offer unlimited earning potential.

We provide a blended compensation package with commission, ensuring our stylists earn a competitive salary, with an estimated $22-$28/hour, depending on experience, ramping up to commission based on service and retail sales.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional haircutting and hairstyling services to clients.
  • Offer hair coloring services, utilizing your expertise to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Support designers during hair collections and shows, collaborating effectively as part of a cohesive team.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by creating engaging social media content and participating in industry-related events.
  • Track performance metrics to achieve growth milestones, driving business success.
Requirements
  • A valid NYC Cosmetology License is mandatory.
  • You must have strong color experience and previous experience as a Stylist.
  • A Barbecide Certification is also required.
