Aerospace Application Engineer Opportunity

Are you a passionate engineer looking to shape the future of aerospace?

We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Application Engineer to join our team at a publicly traded chemical giant.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and qualify cutting-edge adhesives and composites for aircraft design
Collaborate with major aircraft manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers
Conduct training sessions, analyze complex issues, and provide innovative solutions
Stay ahead of the curve by attending conferences and engaging with industry publications

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a specification-driven industry, including 2+ years qualifying to specifications at OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
Familiarity with industry standards like Boeing, Airbus, ASTM, AMS, and more
Strong customer-facing and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
(Preferred) Experience with aerospace materials and processes (adhesives & composites)
