ORGANIZATION SUMMARY
Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, Inc.
(FREE) is dedicated to enhancing the lives of over 4,000 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and traumatic brain injuries.

Key Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Diploma is mandatory.
Experience: Prior experience in similar roles is advantageous.
Specialized Training, Licenses, Certifications: Not required; training will be provided upon hiring as necessary.
Other Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old.
Possession of a valid NYS Driver's License and meeting the criteria to be a driver for FREE is preferred.
Proficient computer skills are preferred.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting, demonstrating flexibility, keeping others informed, and anticipating needs is essential.
Must exhibit efficiency, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is primarily in-person, with potential travel in an agency vehicle required for designated drivers.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Employees must be able to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods (minimum of 8 hours).
Effective verbal and written communication is required.
Employees must be able to reach with hands and arms.
Employees must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or stand on a stool as necessary.
Employees must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds at a time.
