Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. This is a contract opportunity with long-term potential, located in Atlanta GA (Hybrid). The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Retail Marketing Operations budget, monitoring project expenses, and preparing regular updates on budget performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization to meet project goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills: Project Management, Budget Management, B2B, Retail, Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge and applicable experience in Project Management.
  • Proven experience in budget management and project coordination.
  • At least 3 years working in a B2B project management environment.
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and related technologies.
