Cardiac Care Specialist

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiology team in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care according to the philosophy and standards of the Department of Nursing.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that reflect the needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with other care team members to ensure seamless coordination of care and achieve patient goals.
- Document patient care activities and outcomes in accordance with established standards.
- Administer medications safely and in accordance with professional standards of practice and nursing policies and procedures.
- Current license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Effective verbal, electronic, and written communication skills using the English language.
- Computer proficiency, with Microsoft Office applications preferred.
