Responsibilities:

  2. Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.">
  3. Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.">
  4. Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and function based on each individual patient's needs.">
  5. Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.">
  6. Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques.">
  7. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.">
  8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.">
  9. Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into clinical practice as appropriate.">
  10. Expected to meet the needs of having patients execute Plan of Care, including following up with patients if non-compliance occurs.">
  11. Be a team player to utilize non-clinical staff to support the needs of the caseload.">
  12. Proper delegation and use of PTA when applicable.">
  13. Be an active participant in helping to drive a collaborative culture based on our service vision.">
  14. Ability to adapt to change in patient schedules and daily patterns.">
  15. Adhere to ethical and professional standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.">

Essential Job Functions:

  2. Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine therapy needs and establish treatment goals.">
  3. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific conditions and functional limitations.">
  4. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities effectively to promote recovery and improve patients' physical well-being.">
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, providing education and support throughout the rehabilitation process.">
  6. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.">

Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.">
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.">
  • CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.">
  • Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred).">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.">
  • Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.">

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
