Senior Medical Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Medical Staff Nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Portland, Maine.
Job SummaryThis is a fantastic opportunity for a talented nurse to work in a Med Surg setting and make a real difference in the lives of patients. As a Senior Medical Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and promote best practices.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A current RN license in the state of Maine.
- Experience working in a Med Surg setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
