The Role

The People and Talent Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our global HR strategy and support our North America business plan. This will involve advising our leadership team on HR initiatives and best practices, managing talent acquisition and compliance, and overseeing employee development programs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Align HR strategies with global objectives and support local execution
  • Advise leadership on HR initiatives and best practices
  • Manage talent acquisition, compliance, total rewards, and employee development
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Support implementation of HR programs, including learning and development, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Develop and monitor HR metrics to evaluate program success
  • Assist in workforce and budget planning
  • Facilitate leadership onboarding and support integration of new hires
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar
  • 5-10+ years experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar with strong experience managing people
  • High level of up-to-date industry knowledge regarding core HR disciplines
  • Proven experience as a trusted advisor in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to influence all levels of the organization through trusting, respectful relationships
  • Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Google suite tools, as well as HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems
