Role Overview

As a Preschool Lead Teacher at Master Garden Preschool, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children. You will lead and manage classroom activities, design and implement a developmentally-appropriate curriculum, and ensure the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual growth of children.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and lead daily devotions, prayers, and Christ-centered activities that align with the preschool's mission.
  • Monitor and assess children's developmental progress, keeping detailed records and communicating with parents about their child's growth.
  • Foster open communication with parents, offering insights into their child's progress and ways to extend learning at home.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and clean classroom environment where children can thrive.
Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Lead Teacher who is committed to Christian education and nurturing young children. You will:
  • Be a follower of Jesus Christ, living out your faith in all aspects of life and teaching.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills to guide classroom activities, curriculum, and your team of teachers.
  • Model Christ-centered behavior, creating a loving and respectful environment for children, parents, and co-workers.
  • Have expertise in early childhood development, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with parents, children, and the preschool community.
Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
