Position Overview
We are partnering with an esteemed school district in Winnsboro, SC to fill a contract Special Education Teacher position for the 2024-2025 school year. This role presents a chance to collaborate with a talented team, contribute to the academic and personal development of students, and grow professionally in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, delivering high-quality instruction, and fostering a supportive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of students. Additionally, they will work closely with colleagues and educational staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of student care.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
1. A valid Special Education Teacher credential or license in the state of practice
2. At least one year of verifiable professional experience as a Special Education Teacher within the last three years (including residency or clinical practicum)
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
5. Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in special education
